Team collection of special SMILEYS in individual and team activities. Concept consists of several voluntary individual activities and then 4 team activities. The participants go through several team activities focused on team building, team cooperation and effective team communication. The programme culminates with awards for the best individuals and teams with the highest number of collected SMILEYS.
