IDEAL FOR: any workgroup from 5 to 50 members, desiring to improve team cooperation, for well or new established teams, and also for teams who are experiencing loss of achievement, loss of power, and where a new plan of development needs to be set and new strategies applied.

FOCUS: assignment of team roles, team strategies, team communication, establishing a new team, interpersonal communication, enhancement of dynamics within substantial running teams, strong and weak side of the team, accepting and giving constructive feedback, overcoming crucial situations, innovation and nonstandard solutions, discovering new team strategies and adaptation to change.
