Our goal is the best adaptation to individuality, specific culture, and individual needs of each and every team, employees and their entire organization.

We are using the method „Experiential Learning“ where our clients are able to get out of their comfort zone, open up for new experience, change, progress and obtain professional development.

The principle of our work is sensitive facilitation and constructive feedback of ongoing processes, just like a principle of voluntary engagement „Challenge by Choice“, where nobody is forced to do anything against their own will.

Our activities are well chosen and balanced out “theory-experience”, our clients and teams face situations supporting progress of management and communication skills on a wide scale.

We are using “HUMAN SYNERGISTICS” diagnosis during complex projects, measuring behavior, and progress of individuals-teams-organizations.

We organize events at many locations in the Czech Republic. However, we have had experiences with events in different countries such as Slovakia Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Great Britain and also the U.S.A.

Events are done in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
